Liz Powell will demonstrate mono printing and mixed media.
Mono printing with mixed media is an opportunity to play with a range of readily available materials to produce prints that have a multiplicity of uses. Have a bit of fun and end up with some great prints. The results might become cards, wrapping paper, collages and framed works for example. There will be the chance to use elements from the environment such as leaves and other found objects and textured fabrics as well as re-purposing images and drawing. You can participate or just observe this opportunity to see how some of the works on the gallery walls in the Borderline Arts Association exhibition 'From My Backyard ' have been done.
If you would like to get hands on a gold coin donation to assist with covering the cost of materials is all you need and all you have to bring is yourself and an apron is advised.
There is a limit of 10 people at a time for actual print making.
