‘Looking Forward and Looking Back’ is an exhibition of the Senior Art students in year 11 and 12 from Stanthorpe State High School. The title of the exhibit is a reference to the graduating year 12’s and their final major school art exhibit. The title also alludes to the changing Visual Arts program that beckons a new wave of ideas in the year 11 cohort as they herald the first group to study under the New QCE and ATAR pathway that has seen a re-birth of all QLD Senior High School curriculum this year. The exhibit features a diverse range of student responses in a variety of 2D and 3D media.
