He’s a wrecking ball, a loaded gun. He’s an unmerciful magistrate. He’s “a daisy-cutting, motherfucking judgment day”. He’s a Time Bomb

Karl S. Williams is a singer-songwriter from Australia's east coast. Born and raised on Bundjalung (and later Gamilaroi) Country he has become a perennial wanderer with no real home but has strong ties to Yugambeh, Kombumerri lands. He plays the piano, guitar and banjo and sings hard songs of good times and good songs of hard times inspired by old country blues, gospel and mountain music.

He has released three albums of original music and has been awarded two Queensland Music Awards (2021 and 2018) and both 'Release of the Year' (Lifeblood 2021) and 'Artist of the Year' (2015) at the Gold Coast Music Awards. He has toured widely and relentlessly all across the country for over a decade (he’s broke.)

He proudly traces his bloodlines to the Butchulla and Darug people of Australia’s First Nations and he prays that a fragment of that deep spirituality finds its way into his songs.
