Hoons take over our streets when the Bogans bring their cars to the road. Twerking their back wheels, smoking their tyres. Skidding. Cheering. This is the Bogan's Ballet, the dance performed in the dead of night, seen here hours later, in the atmospheric, foggy cloak of morning.
