As part of GBART they are running this Hand-Building Designer Mugs workshop across 2 days @ The Gallery. Choose the time that best suits you.

Workshop Details

COST: $65, all clay, materials and firing costs included.   

• A fun session of making your own handbuilt designer mugs.  The mugs will be constructed from clay slabs.  You will follow the demonstration of joining the sides and base and attaching the handle.

  The designs will be your choice, a selection of templates will be available to choose from or if you are artistic or creative you may wish to design your own designer mug.

  Once the design is completed, you will then paint the design with underglaze colours.

  Your designer mug will then have to be left to dry slowly, once completely dry it will then go into a bisque firing, followed by glazing with a clear glaze and then placed in a glaze firing.

  Pick up or delivery will be discussed at the session.
