Birds on the Wind is an exploration in light and form. This piece reveals the spirit of flight. You can glimpse the forms of birds dancing on the wind, twirling in a state of tumultuous joy. It has been hand carved with hammer and chisel from Italian Statuario marble.
To me art is an expression that happens when you pursue beauty. I long to make artwork that sets a yearning in your heart. Something filled with passion, whether my artwork is bold or gentle, it must inspire and be inspired.
