This piece was inspired by moonlit nights and a party lifestyle. The use of warm and cool lighting and temperature play a part in these themes. The lighting is intentionally ‘unnatural’ and reflects on the woman's glistening, euphoric face making her appear exotic.
Libby is a 15 year-old London-born artist who grew up on the Sunshine Coast, Qld. She began learning the art of drawing and painting under instruction from Jessica Le Clerc @ the Art School Co. This has given her exposure to a wide range of mediums, which along with her love of fashion styling and wearable art has influenced her development.
