TOTEMS OF HOPE SCULPTURES

Opening 12th October 2023.

Gifted to the community by the Happy Potters, also impacted by life’s struggles. The journey started at the Whistle-Stop Community Garden goods shed supporting individuals impacted by lifes struggles to create their own Totems of Hope Sculptures. For this process the individuals organically became the Happy Potters! The Happy Potters were then asked if they would like to assist with making the Streetscape Totems of Hope Sculptures - and if they had concepts they felt would be beneficial for the wider Stanthorpe Community.

The Totem’s qualities go both ways between the Individual and the Community.

The Cube nurtures a platform of Trust. The Sphere is who where to find confidence in nature. The Seed of Hope is discovering a future of resilience in these ever-changing times.
