It's a triumph of the mind to become what we desire, despite obstacles, such as a lack of time or engrained beliefs like religion, symbolic in a vase casting doubt as it teeters on a stools edge, or varying choices, like doorways to enter, yet our mind prevails.
Why do I paint? I guess because something switched on in my head, ideas up stairs in the grey foggy matter of the mind gasped for life to be called into existence by consciousness and shared through the concept of art.
